Try this recipe if you love cookies or cookie dough! It’s super easy to make and very customizable 🙂
- 2 cups whole dry oats
- 1/2 cup butter *melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt *unless using salted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp butter extract
Put dry oats in a food processor or blender and blend until it becomes a course flour. Add in the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and extract and blend or pulse until it forms a mass. Take it out of the processor or blender and add in chocolate chips. Enjoy!
If it's too dry then add in milk or water. Too wet, add more oats.
Make it vegan by switching to a non-dairy butter or use coconut cream instead of butter. Then you could add the butter extract to still have that buttery flavor cookies have.
